 内家拳 Internal

    Song Xi  Internal stems from Zhang Sanfeng, the Tai Chi master according to legend. It prevailed in Siming Mountain of Zhejiang province in Ming dynasty. Zhang Songxi, one master of martial art, was so famous at that time that it is named after him. 



 童子功  Tong-zi-kung

    It is an ancient internal. It is cherished in the martial art circles because of it unique technique and outstanding effect. Combing breathing, guiding and manipulating together, it associates activity and inertia and cultivates internal and external. Being simple and unsophisticated, it is easy to learn and practice. It helps to build body, nurse viscera, improve immunity, delay senescence and defend attack. 

 松溪养目功 Song Xi Yangmu Kung

    It can cure some eye disease such as pseudomyopia, astigmatism, cataract and glaucoma. With a success rate of more than 95%, it counts among the best to cure nearsightedness.

 八卦铁臂功 Eight-trigram Tiebi Kung

    As an esoteric Kung Fu of internal, it helps to improve the defense ability and flexibility of hand, eye and step. It differs from other Kung Fu depending on attack. It changes single motionless piling to double active attack, avoiding hurting muscles and bones. Both parties shift each other to exercise eye, hand and step comprehensively by mutual movement and cloze attack.

 六步拳 Six-step Quan

    It is an ancient Quan of the Han nationality. Its movement is simple and unsophisticated, transitional, and stresses attack and defense. There are several movements in one set of Quan so that it is easy to be mastered. 

 燕子拳 Yan Zi Quan

    It is the elementary course of Song Xi Internal. Its movement is simple, elegant and practical. Yan Zi Quan is composed of some techniques such as Qin, Na, Shuai, Da, Ti, Die, Zhi and crush. It is a God-given unique Kung Fu since it pays particular attention to internal and external cultivation. 

 咫尺拳 Zhi Chi Quan

    Zhi Chi Quan, one kind of internal, has two methods to exercise. One method is to exercise explosive power and the other is to exercise Qi, Yi or mind. Based on Tai Chi, the eight diagrams and the relationship between form and meaning, it emphasizes the match of Kung, quanjia, push hands and food because it requires the combination of health-preservation and the art of attack and defense. Its movement is simple and practical. It calls for coping with all motions by remaining motionless, overcoming hardness with softness and transforming the coming force to attack the opponent. Never make a movement unless meeting danger and make sure to be invincible if making any movement.

 问津拳(又名:太极长拳) Wen Jin Quan

    It is a representative of hand-to-hand fight in Song Xi Internal. There are 52 movements in total, which are transitional to each other. It alternates kindness with severity and combines slowness and urgency. Most of its movements aim at vigor coming from stance. Fighting and grappling always come together. Attack and defense are stressed in every movement and gesture.

 玄武拳 Xuan Wu Quan

    It is one kind of imitative Quan in internal. Being the first-class Tai Chi, it is an excellent and complete traditional Quan of Han nationality. Including the main techniques of Tai Chi, Xing Yi, eight diagrams and Liuhe Quan, it is exercised to strengthen muscles and bones and raise the effectiveness of blood. It alternates kindness with severity and combines empty and full. It incorporates health-preservation, the art of attack and defense, Qi Kung together including the techniques such as Qiao, Bian, Zha, Yuantui, Jinshou and Xizhou.
